As the leaves begin to turn beautiful shades of orange, red, and yellow, and the days get a little cooler, you may begin looking for more things to do at home. If your children are learning their alphabets, this is a great list to help entertain and teach your children on rainy afternoons!
We have begun using the Bob Books learning to read curriculum
and I love how repetitive and easy the books are for new readers. My
daughter is flying through the first four books! The first book covers
the short a sound along with the consonants m, s, and t. To help reinforce her learning we used our sticky sticks to trace the letters “at” and “am.” (keep reading!)
